—— Classes

What's in the gym

Five training zones and one timetable. Whichever zone you walk into, a coach is nearby — ask about your technique.

  • 01

    Free weights

Barbells, plates and squat racks. Eight power racks, each with its own barbell set, so you rarely wait for a station.

  • 02

    Functional training

Kettlebells, rings, ropes and a sled lane. Forty-five-minute circuits run on both the morning and evening timetable.

  • 03

    Boxing and kickboxing

A separate ring, six bags and pad work. Beginners get their own technique group — no previous experience needed.

  • 04

    Cardio zone

Treadmills, rowers and stair machines. Every unit has a jack so you can plug in your own headphones.

  • 05

    Yoga and mobility

Opening sessions in the morning, closing sessions at night. Mats and straps are provided; you don't have to bring your own.

  • 06

    Personal training

One-to-one work with a coach: programme, technique and load planning. Sessions run 55 minutes and are booked in advance.

About us

Plenty of iron, very little noise

Dəmirxana started in 2019 as a small strength room and now runs across two floors in the Narimanov district. The rules are simple: the equipment works, the floor is clean, and a coach is there when you ask. No promo reels, no packaged 'special method', no upselling — just a proper gym with a proper timetable. Most people who walk in for the first time have never trained before, so there are separate groups that start slowly. We open at 06:30 so anyone training before work isn't rushed, and stay open until 23:00 so nobody coming off a late shift finds the door locked.

—— Coaches

Coaches

There are at least two coaches on the floor during every shift. You don't need to buy a session to ask a question.

  • Ramin Səfərli

    Personal trainer

Works on strength training and barbell technique. Prefers to spend a beginner's first two weeks purely on learning the movements.

  • Aysel Muradlı

    Group class coach

Runs the functional and circuit sessions. The 45-minute morning groups are hers.

  • Elçin Nəbiyev

    Boxing coach

Bag and pad work, footwork. Runs a separate no-contact technique group for people with no experience.

  • Nurlana Həsənli

    Yoga and mobility coach

Leads the opening and closing sessions. Works on back and shoulder mobility with people who sit at a desk all day.

—— How it works

How the first day goes

You never have to pay before seeing the place. The order is this:

  1. Step 01

    Look around

Call ahead or just walk in and take a look. You see the timetable, the equipment and the changing rooms for yourself.

  2. Step 02

    Trial session

One free trial session — any group class or an open-floor workout. Bring training clothes and water, that's it.

  3. Step 03

    Talk about your goal

A 15-minute chat with a coach: what you want, any pain or limitation, how many days a week you actually have.

  4. Step 04

    Pick a plan and start

You choose the plan that fits, we open the card at reception. You can train the same day.

—— Reviews

What members say

  • Rating: 5/5

I come in at 07:00 and never have to queue for a rack. That was the whole issue for me.

    Kamran A.

    Member, Morning plan

  • Rating: 5/5

I had never trained before. The coach stood next to me the first week and fixed the movement, so the nerves went away.

    Səbinə M.

    Member, group classes

  • Rating: 4/5

The boxing group treats newcomers differently. Nobody put me in the ring for the first month — we worked on technique.

    Tural H.

    Member, Full access + Boxing

  • Rating: 5/5

I froze my membership for a month while travelling and had no trouble coming back. The terms were explained up front.

—— Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I try a session before paying?

Yes. Everyone new gets one free trial session — a group class or an open-floor workout. Call ahead so a coach is expecting you.

How long is the contract?

The minimum term is one month. No annual or long-term commitment is required; you can continue month by month and stop renewing whenever you like. Paying 6 or 12 months up front is only for the discount, never a requirement.

Can I freeze my membership?

The Full access and Full access + Boxing plans include up to 30 freeze days per year, for travel, illness or a work trip. Tell reception or call before the freeze starts.

Are showers, lockers and towels available?

Yes, all three are included in every plan. Lockers are issued for the length of your workout; a permanent locker costs extra. Both changing rooms have showers.

Are group classes included in the membership?

The Full access plan includes all 48 weekly classes. The Morning plan includes only the classes between 06:30 and 16:00. Boxing groups sit in their own plan.

How much is personal training?

A block of 8 sessions is 240 ₼, 55 minutes each. Single sessions are also available. Personal training does not replace gym membership — it is added on top of it.

Is there an age limit?

From 16 you can sign up on your own. Ages 14 to 16 are accepted only with parental consent and under coach supervision. We do not issue memberships below 14.
